Raptor TMS is a transportation management platform used by freight brokers. With your consent, Raptor TMS sends operational text messages (SMS/MMS) to carriers, drivers, and dispatchers a broker works with. There are two kinds of messages:
These are operational, business-to-business messages. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
You opt in to these messages in one of the following ways:
1. Directly with a broker. When you provide your mobile number to a broker who uses Raptor TMS and agree — verbally or in the course of arranging, hauling, or bidding on a load — to be contacted about that work, the broker records your consent in the Raptor TMS platform. 2. During carrier/driver setup. When a broker adds you as a carrier contact or driver in Raptor TMS, your mobile number is entered with your permission for operational contact about loads.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You only receive messages tied to loads and bids involving the broker you do business with.
Message frequency varies based on load activity — for example, location requests during an active shipment, or a bid request when a broker has freight that matches your lanes.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
We respect the privacy of your mobile information. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the operational messages described above and are handled by our messaging provider (Twilio) solely to send and receive these texts. See our full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
